Terms & Conditions

This document is a draft for legal review. It must be reviewed and approved by a qualified Turkish attorney before use in any binding agreement.

1. Definitions

"GalaVoyage DMC" or "Company" refers to Elize Travel Turizm and its operating brand GalaVoyage DMC, TURSAB No. 10436.

"Operator" refers to the licensed travel agency or tour operator entering into a service agreement with GalaVoyage DMC.

"Programme" refers to any ground travel package, MICE event, FIT arrangement or day excursion confirmed in writing.

"Land Services" refers to accommodation, transport, guiding, entry fees, transfers and all ground-level services.

"Booking Confirmation" refers to the written document issued by GalaVoyage DMC upon receipt of deposit.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Enquiry & Proposal

All enquiries must be submitted in writing. GalaVoyage DMC will provide a written proposal within 24 hours for standard programmes and 48 hours for bespoke itineraries.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written acceptance. Verbal confirmations do not constitute binding agreements.

Programme Details

Final rooming lists, dietary requirements and special requests must be submitted no later than 21 days prior to departure.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total land cost is due upon booking confirmation.

Balance

Remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to departure. Bookings within 45 days require full payment at time of booking.

Currency

All payments must be made in EUR unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the Operator.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The date of receipt determines the applicable charge.

5. Amendments & Changes

Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees of EUR 50–150 per amendment depending on scope.

Reduction in group size of more than 15% within 30 days of departure will be treated as a partial cancellation.

Hotel Substitution

GalaVoyage DMC reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or superior category in the event of force majeure or supplier overbooking. Operators will be notified at the earliest opportunity.

6. Limitation of Liability

GalaVoyage DMC is liable for the quality and execution of services it directly provides.

Exclusions

The Company is not liable for: (a) acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism or government action; (b) personal injury or property loss caused by negligence of the Operator or its clients; (c) delays or failures by airlines, ports or governmental bodies.

Cap

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total land cost paid for the specific programme in question.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics or government restrictions.

GalaVoyage DMC will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of comparable value. Where not possible, amounts paid for undeliverable services will be refunded minus non-recoverable supplier costs.

8. Insurance

GalaVoyage DMC maintains professional liability insurance in accordance with Turkish law. Documentation is available upon written request.

The Operator is responsible for ensuring all travelling clients hold valid travel insurance. GalaVoyage DMC accepts no responsibility for uninsured losses.

9. Complaints

Complaints must be raised with the GalaVoyage DMC representative on the ground during the programme where possible.

Formal written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of programme end to info@galavoyagedmc.com. The Company will respond within 21 days.

10. Confidentiality & White-Label

All net rate quotations, supplier information and operational details are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

GalaVoyage DMC will not approach the Operator's clients directly. All on-ground materials will carry the Operator's branding unless otherwise agreed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
