"We are professionals" is not a guarantee. This is how GalaVoyage ensures that every supplier, guide and hotel in your programme meets the standard your clients expect — before they ever meet your clients.
"We never subcontract to operators we have not personally worked with and tested. Every new supplier goes through a minimum 3-trip probationary period before being added to our approved list."
Every hotel in our programmes is physically visited by a GalaVoyage team member. Room quality, breakfast standards, staff responsiveness and group check-in procedures are assessed and documented. We do not book hotels from brochures.
All local guides hold official national licences. Beyond certification, we assess language fluency, group management skills and the ability to work sensitively with international groups. New guides complete a minimum of three accompanied trips before leading independently.
All coaches and vehicles are inspected for age, air conditioning reliability, seat comfort and safety compliance. Drivers are vetted for long-distance group experience. Vehicle and driver combinations are tested on route before deployment with paying groups.
After every programme, GalaVoyage conducts an internal debrief with the on-ground team. Issues are documented and reviewed. Suppliers who fall below standard are placed on probation or removed. Your feedback directly shapes the next programme.

All guides, drivers and ground staff are locally hired, trained and paid. We do not import labour into destinations.
Shopping stops and dining experiences are curated around local producers, cooperatives and artisan workshops — not tourist shops.

Common questions from tour operators before working with GalaVoyage DMC for the first time.
Do you work with agencies of any size?
Yes. We work with operators ranging from boutique agencies selling 10 pax per year to large wholesalers moving 5,000+ annually. Our minimum group size is 10 passengers. FIT enquiries (1–9 pax) are handled through our dedicated FIT desk.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Within 24 hours for standard programmes (Morocco, Balkans, Tunisia, Turkey). Complex or bespoke itineraries may require up to 48 hours. All proposals include a full net rate sheet, accommodation options and a day-by-day itinerary.
Is a Tour Leader included in the price?
Yes. One GalaVoyage Tour Manager is complimentary on every group programme, regardless of group size. If your agency sends its own Tour Leader, our Tour Manager supports them on the ground — your TL leads, ours facilitates.
Can you do white-label? Will clients know they're using a DMC?
Fully. All welcome boards, vehicle signage, guide lanyards, vouchers and documentation carry your agency's branding exclusively. GalaVoyage DMC will never approach your clients directly, and we do not appear on any client-facing materials unless you request it.
Do you handle halal requirements?
Yes. We operate fully halal-certified programmes across all five destinations. This includes pre-vetted halal hotels and restaurants, prayer-time routing built into daily schedules, and alcohol-free vehicles on request. We do not use generic "halal-friendly" labelling — every supplier is individually inspected.
What destinations do you cover?
Morocco, Balkans (6 countries from our Skopje hub), Tunisia, Türkiye and Europe (Strasbourg-based, launching 2025). We also operate multi-destination combinations including Sicily + Tunisia and Malta + Tunisia with ferry connections.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges are: deposit only (90+ days), 25% (61–89 days), 50% (31–60 days), 75% (15–30 days), 100% (0–14 days). All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Full terms are available on our Terms & Conditions page.
What happens if something goes wrong on the ground?
Our 24/7 WhatsApp emergency line is answered by a real person within 30 minutes. Every active programme has a named GalaVoyage team member responsible for it. With own offices in every destination, we respond on the ground — not by phone from a head office.
Are you TURSAB licensed?
Yes. GalaVoyage DMC operates under Elize Travel Turizm, TURSAB licence No. 10436. You can verify this directly on the TURSAB website.
Can you handle MICE and incentive groups?
Yes. Our MICE desk handles corporate groups from 20 to 500+ delegates across all five destinations. Services include venue sourcing, AV and production, gala dinner concepts, themed evenings, team-building activities and full event logistics. Enquire via the MICE enquiry form.
